Products and images

We work to describe products accurately. Screen settings, fabric blends, production methods, and normal manufacturing variation can affect color, placement, and measurements. Product availability and specifications may change.

Prices, promotions, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping and tax are shown during checkout. Promotions are subject to their displayed eligibility, timing, and stacking rules. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before accepting an order.

Orders

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order can be declined or canceled for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable products, incorrect information, or a material listing error. If a canceled order was charged, the applicable amount will be returned through the original payment path.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping & Returns policy is part of these terms. Many products are made to order, so size, color, and change-of-mind returns are generally unavailable.

Intellectual property

Site design, product artwork, photographs, copy, logos, and other original materials are owned by Pirates & Mermaids LLC or used with permission. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Transactional emails may be sent as needed to complete or support an order.
